The Airmax system is designed as a carrier class system and features

The 'M' version of Ubiquiti's highly successful Nanostation 5 claims throughputs of up to 100 Mbps. It features dual internal antenna, one polarised vertically and one horizontally, with 16dBi gain at 5GHz and 11dBi at 2.4GHz. Antenna have cross-polarity isolation.

The New NanoStation M provides a secondary ethernet port with software enabled POE output for seamless IP Video integration and is ideal for bridging

Time division multiple access (TDMA) is a channel access method which allows several users to share the same frequency channel by dividing the signal into different time slots. This reduces the likelhihood of interference from other channels in us in the area.

This unit is supplied with PSU and POE injector and our fused UK/EU round mains plug adaptor.

The Nanostation is designed for pole mounting and is secured by heavy duty UV-resistant cable ties which are supplied with it.

Please note that currently 802.11a devices are not compatible with (will not communicate with) 802.11n devices in the current implementation of Ubiquiti's operating system, AirOS V.
